- All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, refunds, and tax compliance. You'll receive a receipt by email after each charge.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes — you can switch between monthly and annual at any time from the dashboard. The new rate kicks in at the next billing cycle.
- What's the refund policy?
- You may request a refund within 14 days of any charge. See our refund policy.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your account reverts to the Free plan. Your résumé, applications, and answer history are kept — you keep everything you've built. You just lose Pro features (like aggregator APIs and unlimited tracks).
- Will my résumé / personal data be shared?
