Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using landoffersoon ("the Service"), operated by Naik Digital LLC, trading as landoffersoon ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

landoffersoon discovers job openings across third-party career portals and automates pre-filling application forms on your behalf, using a résumé and answer store you provide. You retain control: by default the Service pauses before submission and asks you to review.

The Service uses Playwright (a headless browser) to interact with portals on your behalf. We disclose this here because some portals consider any automation to be a violation of their terms — see "Your responsibility" below.

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You're responsible for keeping your password / Google account secure. We're not liable for unauthorized access through compromised credentials.
• One account per person. Don't share an account with others.

You will NOT use the Service to:

• Apply to jobs on behalf of someone other than yourself, unless you have their explicit written consent.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information in an application.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities without prior written permission.
• Use the Service to send spam, harass employers, or violate any law.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service.

Each job portal we discover or apply to has its own terms of service. You are responsiblefor ensuring that your use of the Service complies with each portal's terms. In particular:

• Some portals (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed) prohibit automated use including automated application submission. We don't auto-submit on those portals — we use them only for discovery — but you should still review your account's terms before using even discovery features.
• We make a best-effort attempt to use stable, public APIs (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, etc.) which are designed for third-party access.
• If a portal flags your account for automation, that's between you and that portal — we can't intervene.
• You decide which roles to apply to; we never apply without you initiating it (auto-submit, when enabled, only operates on your queue of paused-pending-review applications).

You retain ownership of your résumé, application history, and ProfileAnswers. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data to deliver the Service — e.g. send résumé text to job portals when you apply, send the JD plus your preferences to Anthropic for ranking. • Subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (our Merchant of Record). Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to all transactions.
• Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel from your dashboard at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Refund requests within 14 days are processed via our refund policy.
• If we change pricing for existing subscribers, we'll give 30 days' notice before any change applies.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice + a chance to export your data + a pro-rated refund of any unused subscription time.

You can delete your account any time by emailing [email protected]. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonable.

The Service is provided "as is".We make no warranty that you'll receive interviews, job offers, or any specific outcome from using the Service. Job market results depend on many factors outside our control (your résumé, timing, the job market, the company's hiring criteria, etc.).

We make no warranty that any specific portal will accept an application submitted via the Service — portals' forms change frequently and our pre-fill may miss fields. Always review before submitting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is capped at the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations — in that case, the limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by local law.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your misuse of the Service — including but not limited to violations of a job portal's terms of service that you triggered via the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Naik Digital LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, or by binding arbitration where permitted by law.
