Refund Policy

The short version
landoffersoon is operated by Naik Digital LLC, trading as landoffersoon. We want you to be happy with landoffersoon Pro. If you're not, you can request a refund within 14 days of any charge — including subscription renewals. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record.
When you can request a refund
You may request a refund within 14 days of:
- Your initial subscription purchase, or
- Any subsequent renewal charge.
Refund requests outside the 14-day window are reviewed case-by-case but not guaranteed. See Paddle's Buyer Terms for the underlying policy.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- The email address on your account.
- The date of the charge.
- (Optional) What we could have done better — we read every reply.
We forward the request to Paddle within one business day. Paddle typically processes approved refunds within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method / bank.
What happens to your account
When a refund is issued, your Pro subscription cancels and your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data is never deleted— your résumé, applications, ProfileAnswers, and history all stay. You'll just lose access to Pro features (aggregator APIs, unlimited tracks, etc.) until you resubscribe.
Payment processing
All charges and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as our Merchant of Record. They handle payment processing, refund approvals, tax compliance, and chargebacks. If we can't resolve a billing question ourselves, you can also contact Paddle directly via paddle.com/legal.
Disputes + chargebacks
We'd much rather refund you than see a chargeback. If you ever feel something's wrong, reach out first — most problems are solvable in a single email.
